Join Our Team as an Assistant Marketing Manager - Brand Campaigns & Consumer Engagement
Are you a creative marketing professional passionate about building impactful brand campaigns and engaging consumers?
What You’ll Do
- Drive brand growth by conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Act as a project manager for branding and marketing initiatives — ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and top-quality execution.
- Manage and grow KOLs & influencer partnerships – from outreach and negotiations to campaign briefings and performance tracking.
- Support PR initiatives including press releases, media outreach, and brand collaborations to enhance visibility.
- Conduct market and consumer research to uncover insights and shape winning strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging campaign materials.
- Track timelines, monitor budgets, and report on campaign performance & ROI.
- Play a key role in new product launches, from research and copywriting to launch execution and post-launch reviews.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments and external partners for cohesive campaign execution.
- Support overall marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be capable of handling marketing content in major languages used in Malaysia, including Malay, English, and Chinese.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Nutrition Science, or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in branding, marketing, or campaign management roles
- Industry Focus: FMCG, F&B, consumer goods, or related industries preferred
- Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and analytics platforms
- Proven Skills: Influencer marketing, public relations, project management, and campaign analytics
- Travel Ready: Open to travel for marketing activities and events
