Internship: International Trade
Location: Batu Caves (On-Site)

Are you interested in international trade and global business operations? This internship offers hands-on exposure to export sales coordination, overseas client management, and cross-border logistics within a fast-growing FMCG environment.

You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager and gain practical experience in managing real export transactions from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Coordination

• Support the Export Sales Manager in handling overseas partners’ orders from order receipt to final delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth and timely order processing. 
• Track order status and proactively follow up on shipment timelines

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Liaise with logistics partners and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and manage delivery schedules
• Assist in monitoring shipment progress and resolving coordination issues when necessary

Export Documentation

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of export documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
• Support compliance with export procedures and requirements

Sales & Operational Support

• Assist in sales support activities such as order confirmations and basic reporting. 
• Coordinate preparation, packing, and shipment of product samples to overseas partners
• Support daily export operations to ensure smooth and compliant processes

Job Requirements
