Internship: International Trade
Location: Batu Caves (On-Site)

Please ensure you are able to work on-site in Batu Caves, as this is an in‑person internship.

Are you interested in international trade and global business? This internship gives you hands‑on experience in export coordination, overseas customer support, and cross‑border logistics in a fast‑growing FMCG company.

You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager and gain real exposure to managing export transactions from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate orders from overseas partners from receipt to delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Coordinate logistics and shipments, including follow-up with freight forwarders.
• Prepare accurate export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Support sales and daily export operations, including simple reporting and arranging product sample shipments.

• Basic knowledge of export, logistics, sales, or marketing
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office / basic systems)
