The Procurement Intern will support the Procurement team in daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficient purchasing activities, accurate documentation, and timely supplier coordination. The role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchasing Support: Assist in drafting, processing, and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions.
2. Supplier Management: Maintain and update the supplier database, including contacting vendors for quotations and performance tracking.
3. Data Entry & Reporting: Generate procurement reports, manage trackers for orders, and update inventory records (inbound/outbound).
4. Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning procurement documents, and reconciling delivery documents.
5. Sourcing Assistance: Help with market research, tender preparation, and comparative analysis of supplier proposals.

Working Hours

• Same as office hours: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
• Entitled to the company’s flexi work hour structure
  
  

Job Requirements

 Required Skills & Education Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: 
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics
• Business Administration
• or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
