Job Description
Job Scope (Responsibility)
- Participates in the development and maintenance of all food safety standards & program
- Update and maintain food safety system documentations & reports
- Monitor productions operations, cleanliness as well as personal hygienes to ensure conformance to food safety management system
- Research, develop and monitor the test method, inspection plans and make statistical quality data analysis
- Carry out quality assessment measures to all the finished good products and raw materials
- Responsible for all quality documentations & report in production and in-process testing.
- Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained
- Provide training to the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Food Science/ QA/ Chemistry/ Biotech or relevant
Technical Competencies:
- Basic understanding of QC/QA standards and hygiene discipline
- Basic documentation and data handling
- Willingness to learn testing and reporting practices
