Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily production activities to ensure targets are met 
• Monitor production processes and help maintain workflow efficiency 
• Support in coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment usage 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies 
• Assist in quality control checks and ensure products meet required standards 
• Help track production output and prepare daily or weekly reports 
• Identify issues in the production line and report them to supervisors 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity 
• Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics 
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field 
• Strong interest in production, manufacturing, or operations management 
• Basic understanding of production processes (internship or coursework exposure is an advantage) 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
• Willingness to learn and take initiative 
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word)
