Job Description

Responsibility & Job Scope:

1) bbpark common area renovation and upgrading works;

2) bbpark tenant fit out (supervision of ID control)

3) PLY Main entrance new canopy;

4) Plaza Low Yat other renovation; L5 rooftop & Lower Ground (spatial planning)

5) Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when directed.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for expansion initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional depts to ensure smooth and successful execution.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.
• Keep track of project documentation, submissions and drawings changes.
• Manage project budgets, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to support cost-effective resource allocation.
• Support Area Director in reporting project progress (weekly & monthly) to Managing Director, MARC and Group Senior Executives
• Perform any other duties assigned by the senior management.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project/contruction management, preferably with exposure to the contruction/project sector.
• Proven track record of succesfully managing renovation/upgrading projects (for mall, shoplotor building).
• Proficiency in English & Malay.
