Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that enhance our ICT offerings. This role involves building scalable AI models, integrating them into business applications, and driving intelligent automation for clients across industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, problem-solving, and leveraging AI to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions for ICT projects.
   
• Work with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize machine learning algorithms.
   
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, applications, and workflows.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver AI-driven solutions.
   
• Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, ensuring performance and scalability.
   
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.
   
• Document AI workflows, processes, and best practices.
   
• Provide technical expertise for AI solution proposals to clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
   
• Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
   
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
   
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
   
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services.
   
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
   
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
   
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
