Job Description

The Business Development Manager/Team Lead/Senior Executive will drive the company’s growth by leveraging expertise in community marketing, exhibitions, channel marketing, and private domain marketing. The role will focus on expanding our presence across e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and enhancing live commerce operations on Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C and B2B sales, key account management, and a proven track record of achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute community marketing, exhibition, and channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Build and manage private domain marketing initiatives to cultivate loyal customer bases.
  • Sales & Key Account Management:
    • Oversee B2C and B2B sales efforts, ensuring revenue targets are met.
    • Manage key accounts (KA), building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • E-commerce Operations:
    • Lead TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada live streaming and store operations to maximize sales and engagement.
    • Optimize Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG) live commerce strategies to enhance performance.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable):
    • Mentor and guide a team of business development executives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a focus on community marketing, exhibitions, and channel marketing.
  • Proven expertise in B2C and B2B sales and key account management.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada live streaming and store operations.
  • Knowledge of Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG) live commerce.

  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities (for Manager/Team Lead roles).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
    • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
