Job Description

  • Campaign Management:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Help with setting up ad campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing ad performance to ensure KPIs (key performance indicators) such as ROI, CPC, and conversion rates are met.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, social media, websites, and email marketing to engage target audiences.
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms (including copywriting, images, and videos).
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative team members to produce branded content.
  • Maintain content calendars to ensure timely publication and consistency.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, schedule, and publish social media posts across various platforms, ensuring that content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and relevant conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms to provide insights on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing metrics, such as traffic, leads, conversions, and social engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Track and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting keywords, bids, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad budgets, performance metrics, and campaigns to ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support marketing initiatives when required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internship experience may be considered).
