 Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive 

Location : Penang

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : RM3,000 - RM7,000 (Based on experience)

Working Hours : Tuesday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

(5 days in-office + 1 day work from home per week)


Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our

creative team. You will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing

strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leads for party,

wedding and corporate-related projects.


Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Work with the Content Creator to develop engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
• Manage and optimize social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to reach target audiences effectively.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, followers and engagement rate.
• Support the Sales Team by generating qualified leads and improving conversion funnels.
• Research current trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities to enhance
• digital presence.
• Collaborate in event promotions, seasonal campaigns and online branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,XiaoHongShu, etc.).
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO or content analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for simple visual editing.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
• Analytical, creative and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Passionate about social media trends, branding and digital growth.
