Job Description

• Assist in content creation for various media platforms, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
   
• Support the PR and communications team in drafting press materials, such as press kits, media releases, and speeches.
   
• Assist in social media management, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.
   
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant news stories to assist with media strategies.
   
• Help in organizing events such as press conferences, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
   
• Assist in media monitoring by tracking mentions of the company, clients, or relevant topics across media outlets.
   
• Write reports and summaries of media coverage or social media performance to help evaluate communication strategies.
   
• Support internal communications, ensuring messages align with the company’s brand and messaging.
   
• Attend and assist in meetings or conference calls, providing notes or follow-up action items as needed.
   
• Develop creative content ideas for campaigns, promotions, or social media posts.
   
• Collaborate with various teams (marketing, design, and editorial) to ensure consistent messaging.
   
• Support with photo and video shoots for content creation, including assisting with setup and handling equipment.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background:
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
• Relevant coursework or interest in digital media, public relations, or communication strategies is a plus.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital communication trends.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation, media, and public relations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
