This role involves working with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that enhance decision-making, personalize user experiences, and drive business growth.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>AI Model Development – Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for applications in NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.</li>
<li>Data Pipeline &amp; Architecture – Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using modern frameworks and cloud environments.</li>
<li>Product Integration – Deploy AI models into production within existing products (e.g., Marketer365, content management tools) using MLOps best practices.</li>
<li>Research &amp; Innovation – Stay ahead of AI trends such as generative AI, LLMs, and vector search, proposing new features and improvements.</li>
<li>Performance Optimization – Ensure AI systems are accurate, efficient, explainable, and secure.</li>
<li>Mentorship – Guide junior engineers and data scientists, ensuring best practices in coding, model development, and deployment.</li>
<li>Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to align AI solutions with business goals.</li>
