Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for MarketSense ICT’s marketing automation, content management, and customer engagement platforms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that enhance decision-making, personalize user experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development – Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for applications in NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Data Pipeline & Architecture – Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using modern frameworks and cloud environments.
• Product Integration – Deploy AI models into production within existing products (e.g., Marketer365, content management tools) using MLOps best practices.
• Research & Innovation – Stay ahead of AI trends such as generative AI, LLMs, and vector search, proposing new features and improvements.
• Performance Optimization – Ensure AI systems are accurate, efficient, explainable, and secure.
• Mentorship – Guide junior engineers and data scientists, ensuring best practices in coding, model development, and deployment.
• Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to align AI solutions with business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
   
• Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead role.
   
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
   
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems is an advantage.
   
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.
   
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
   
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
