Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for business applications.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into AI solutions.
   
• Conduct research on new AI technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
   
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
   
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers.
   
• Implement AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
   
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical and data privacy standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
   
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
   
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
   
• Experience with large-scale data processing, model deployment, and optimization.
   
• Solid understanding of algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.
   
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services is a plus.
   
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
