&nbsp;As the Content Specialist focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, you'll be working with our marketing team to serve the clients in term of their social media exposure and growth across different platforms and target audiences.
In this role, you will wear many hats - a marketer, a project manager and a community manager - thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. We’re looking for someone who is creative and passionate about social media, who understands what is driving trends, is well-versed in social media management and has strong content creation skills.
Content Creation:
<ul>
<li>Craft compelling and diverse content for a range of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.</li>
<li>Produce a variety of content formats such as photos, videos, graphics, stories, polls, and live streams.</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience preferences.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that support overall marketing objectives.</li>
</ul>
Social Media Strategy Development:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to achieve specific goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, enhancing customer loyalty and maintaining community.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to identify opportunities for engagement, optimize content performance and maintain a competitive edge. </li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of our social media endeavors, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Content Calendar Management:
<ul>
<li>Create and manage a content calendar outlining the publishing schedule for social media content, ensuring consistency and variety in posting frequency.</li>
<li>Coordinate content creation, approval, and scheduling with internal teams and external partners as necessary.</li>
<li>Remain organized and adaptable, ready to adjust content plans in response to real-time events, trends, and emerging opportunities.</li>
