Job Description

• Design and develop multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Create motion graphics, simple animations, and video edits to enhance visual communication.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Assist in photo and video shoots, including editing and post-production work.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in multimedia design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Manage and organize digital files, templates, and multimedia assets.
• Support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design or related creative roles (internship experience accepted).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Familiar with social media formats, digital marketing content, and online publishing standards.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to visual detail, layout, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and marketers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new design techniques and tools.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing multimedia or motion design work is required.
