Job Description

• Lead the concept development, design, and execution of multimedia content for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital platforms.
• Create and oversee the production of motion graphics, videos, animations, and interactive visuals.
• Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team to deliver strong visual communication aligned with brand strategy.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and creative standards.
• Manage multiple design projects from ideation to delivery within given timelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia outputs and maintain visual quality control.
• Keep up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in multimedia and motion design.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related creative fields.
• Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with 3D or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across various media — video, animation, digital campaigns, and interactive content.
• Experience leading creative projects, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining consistent design quality.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia, motion design, and digital communication.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality multimedia work and creative range is required.
