 What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable sales support to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Recommending and demonstrating our products and services to match customers' needs
• Handling sales transactions and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Identifying new sales opportunities and following up with potential customers
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Job Requirements

 What we're looking for

• Female
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the sales or marketing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed sales advice
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and technology
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa. Mandarin speaker will be additional advantage
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for driving business growth
• Diploma in Marketing or similar
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply, training will be provided
