Job Description
- Assist the finance team in preparing for audit fieldwork.
- Help compile and organize supporting documents for auditors (e.g. invoices, bank statements, contracts).
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and working papers.
- Support reconciliation of financial data and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.
- Ensure files are well-maintained, up-to-date, and ready for audit review.
- Handle ad-hoc finance or audit-related tasks assigned by the team.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and audit process.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
