Account Assistant Company: Pro Amity Corporate Location: Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Full Set Accounts Management: Handle routine accounting functions, such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Client Advisory Support: Offer clients assistance with budget planning, financial forecasting, and effective cash flow management.</li>
<li>Audit Coordination: Handle the preparation of financial records for audits and manage all subsequent inquiries from the auditors.</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Controls: Responsible for ensuring all financial procedures meet relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.</li>
<li>Project Involvement: Assist senior management with various special financial projects.</li>
<li>Client Engagement: Provide professional and timely responses to all client queries, guaranteeing resolution.</li>
<li>Other Duties: Perform various ad-hoc accounting tasks and additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
