Account Assistant
Company: Pro Amity Corporate
Location: Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set Accounts Management: Handle routine accounting functions, such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Client Advisory Support: Offer clients assistance with budget planning, financial forecasting, and effective cash flow management.
• Audit Coordination: Handle the preparation of financial records for audits and manage all subsequent inquiries from the auditors.
• Compliance & Controls: Responsible for ensuring all financial procedures meet relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
• Project Involvement: Assist senior management with various special financial projects.
• Client Engagement: Provide professional and timely responses to all client queries, guaranteeing resolution.
• Other Duties: Perform various ad-hoc accounting tasks and additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accounting, or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Auto Count or UBS is a plus.
• Strong command of both English and Malay languages.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
