  1. Oversee and manage the centre’s daily operations.
  2. Communicate effectively, build good rapport, and provide excellent customer service to parents, customers, and students.
  3. Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including management, coaches, team members, suppliers, and others.
  4. Ensure the centre achieves its monthly sales targets.
  5. Prepare regular reports, such as attendance records, student lists, and other operational reports.
  6. Oversee the execution of the centre’s events on a regular basis, whether online or offline, including pre-event setup, registration, and payment collection.
  7. Update trial student name lists and monitor class schedules and class sizes regularly.
  8. Manage the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the centre.
  9. Work closely with the Operations Manager and operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
  10. Assist in the running of the centre’s events, including setup, registration, and payment collection when required.
  11. Provide operations training to franchisees and other team members when necessary.
  12. Manage inventory and procurement matters.
  13. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in education centre management or a related field.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sell educational programmes to parents
  • Experience in customer service especially dealing with parents. 
  • Have good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience in using center management software systems
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Supportive and cooperative team player.
  • Emotionally mature and able to maintain professionalism in handling relationships with stakeholders and work responsibilities.

    Wed: 930am-6pm
    Thurs: 1230pm-9pm
    Fri: 1230pm-9pm
    Sat: 9am-6pm
    Sun: 9am-6pm
    Mon & Tues: Offdays

  • Monthly Salary from RM3000++ to RM4,500++ (Depending on experience) with EPF/SOCSO/EIS
