• Design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans to improve English speaking proficiency and character development
• Review, refine, and update existing lesson plans to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with MicFront’s teaching philosophy
• Monitor coaches’ lesson delivery and provide improvements or adjustments where necessary
• Conduct classes when required to pilot, test, or demonstrate lesson effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with trainers, coaches, and management to ensure curriculum consistency and quality across centres
• Training, coaching and teaching kids (5 to 17 years old) for Public Speaking lessons.
• Assist in any company-related matters when required.

Job Requirements

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1.  Min 2 years in developing educational content for students age 5-17 years old.
2. Degree either in Education, Instructional Designer or relevant industries
3. Experience in using Powerpoint and Canva
4. Willing to work from Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday offdays)
5. Team player & excellent people skills (respectful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things go smoothly)
6. Detailed-oriented (in keying in data, sending information) and ability to work independently without constant reminder & supervision
7. Good written and verbal proficiency in English (Min A- in SPM)
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (adaptable)
9. Have own transport
10. Willing to work from Wednesdays to Sundays
11. Public Speaking experience or having a Toastmasters membership is not necessary but is an added bonus
12. Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months after confirmation

Workdays (Mon & Tues off):
Wednesday: 930am-6pm
Thursday: 1230pm-9pm
Friday: 1230pm-9pm
Sat: 9am-6pm
Sun: 9am-6pm

1. Monthly Salary from RM3500++ to RM4,500++ (Depending on experience) with EPF/SOCSO/EIS
