Job Description

  • Handle full set accounts independently.
  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor project costing, budget control, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and journal entries.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Handle SST, tax matters, and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and payroll support.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist management in financial planning and reporting.
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant working experience.
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently.
  • Experience in property development / construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
