<li>Lead drafting and 3D modeling using Tekla or similar platforms, including framing, preliminary design, and detailing of slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations.</li>
<li>Review and ensure accuracy of calculations, technical reports, and design documents in accordance with Eurocode, British Standards, and regulatory authority checklists.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage project submissions, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with architectural and engineering requirements.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve technical and site challenges, optimizing designs and raising issues found during drafting to maintain project efficiency.</li>
</ul>
