Job Description

• Conduct topographic surveys, ensure accurate measurements, verify calculations, and produce reports and visual drawings efficiently.
• Track and monitor equipment calibration to maintain accuracy and reliability in compliance with asset management standards.
• Provide precise land data for site planning and design, identifying potential complications that may impact construction or project development.
• Detect risks or discrepancies in survey tasks and proactively offer solutions for accurate data acquisition.
• Coordinate with and provide support to architects, engineers, and construction teams to align survey data with project objectives.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Land Surveying, or a related field.
•  At least 2 years in land surveying or a similar role.
•  Proficient in surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
•  Strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection.
•  Ability to multi-task with a positive and proactive attitude.
