We craft timeless, modern pieces in 925 sterling silver, titanium, and premium stainless steel — jewelry that is meant to be worn every single day, for every version of you.

We are a growing omnichannel brand expanding across Malaysia, and we are looking for passionate individuals who want to grow with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Experience

• Actively engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections with confidence and genuine enthusiasm.
• Achieve and exceed personal monthly sales targets consistently.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling by styling customers with curated MNML looks.
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and exchanges with professionalism and warmth.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

• Maintain a beautifully presented display floor at all times — tidy, well-lit, and on-brand.
• Assist in planning and executing VM refreshes, seasonal setups, and promotional displays.
• Ensure all jewelry pieces are correctly tagged, polished, and properly showcased.

Operations & Reporting

• Open and close store duties including cash management and stock count.
• Accurately process transactions via POS systems.
• Report daily sales and inventory movements to the Store Manager.
• Support stock receiving, inventory checks, and store replenishment.

Team Contribution

• Mentor and support junior Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and energetic team culture.
• Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury/lifestyle brands.
• Basic understanding of visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Experience using POS systems or retail operations tools.
