Welcome to Mokky’s Pizza and Coffee – we’re excited that you’re joining our esteemed group!

We’re passionate about making pizza and serving good delicious foods to people all around our region. We are aiming to create the brightest and liveliest bunch of standout people for this to be bigger and better than anyone can possibly imagine. Especially, to make people say our brand when they are craving for pizza. 

What you'll be doing as a waiter / host

• Greeting and seating customers promptly and courteously
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
• Serving food and beverages to customers with exceptional attention to detail
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
• Assisting with side work tasks, such as stocking, side work and end-of-day closing duties
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What you'll be doing as a barista

• Keeping the bar area clean and tidy (no messy baristas please!)
• Menu planning for beverages are highly encouraged
• Passionate about coffee - hardworking and creative
• Able to work long hours and make lots of coffee and other drinks

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista, waiter or host or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and the ability to take and process orders accurately
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
