<p>We’re seeking an experienced <strong>Data Engineer</strong> to join our Data &amp; Product team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data systems that power analytics, automation, and decision-making across the business. Beyond traditional data engineering, you’ll also contribute to developing internal data tools, tracking &amp; monitoring systems, and automating &amp; optimizing decision-making apparatus that directly support our fintech operations.</p>

<p><strong>Primary</strong> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>&nbsp;Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that collect, transform, and deliver data reliably across multiple systems.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift) to enable scalable and secure data infrastructure.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and optimize orchestrated ETL/ELT workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Build and maintain internal data applications, algorithms, and automated optimized decision-making systems</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support BI and analytics initiatives by delivering consistent, high-quality data to dashboards and analytical models.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate cross-functionally with Product &amp; Project Managers, Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across the entire data lifecycle.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor, document, and continuously improve the data stack and related workflows.</li>
