Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic

team. This role will involve working closely with our senior developers to assist in building and

maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will have the

opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and contribute to the full

software development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and maintaining responsive web and mobile interfaces using React.

● Support back-end development with PHP (Laravel) and Node.js.

● Write and improve front-end and back-end code under guidance from senior developers.

● Work with designers and product managers to refine UI/UX.

● Help in building and maintaining APIs for user management, KYC/AML workflows, and transactions.

● Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

● Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from the team.

● Stay updated with new tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

● Basic knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React.

● Understanding of server-side languages and frameworks such as PHP, NodeJs.

● Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, and NoSql.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

● Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Preferred Skills

● Experience writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.

● Exposure to database query optimization.

● Experience integrating third-party services (payment gateways, FX providers, compliance APIs).

● Understanding of RESTful API design.

● Familiarity with version control (Git).

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Awareness of security best practices in web development.
