Oversees all operations from development, production, right up to delivery. Coordinate and implement all operations within an event or exhibition, including, but not limited to: staff, food, beverage, AV / tech support, structure set up, decor and payment&nbsp;
Contact point for all clientele; ensured host of event was pleased whilst building strong communication ties and excellent rapport.&nbsp;
Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, suppliers
Prepare event-specific checklists and worksheets detailing items needed for specific event pack out.&nbsp;
Travel to offsite events to provide event support and delivery of crucial event items.&nbsp;

This job is Event and Exhibition Executive. Oversees event operations and ensures client satisfaction. Liaises with departments and coordinates staff, food, tech and décor. You might like this job because of the exciting opportunities to travel and plan events.
