Since starting as a private brand of The Seiyu, Ltd. (currently Seiyu GK), MUJI has grown to offer more than 7,000 items, developing and merchandising diverse necessities ranging from clothes to foods to housing. MUJI products are sold not only at "MUJI store" but through other types of retailers including outlets, Internet-based shops, convenience stores (FamilyMart) and Askul (online sale).

About Muji 

History MUJI products were developed as low-priced, quality goods under the slogan, "Lower priced for a reason." In 1980, based on its experience of in-house product development with its former parent company, Seiyu, Ltd, Ryohin Keikaku launched MUJI as the brand designed with a no-brand concept. The basic concept of its product development was to manufacture really well designed essential items for daily living. Therefore, we focused on the careful selection of material, streamlining manufacturing processes, and simplifying our packaging; such a forward-looking concept has made MUJI products appear fresh and new to people living in this modern era so saturated with excessive, and over-decorated things. Routine / Daily on Sales Floor

<li>To provide assistant to customer enquires at the floor, giving interior advice to customer regarding layout design, furniture selection and storage adviceTo ensure and maintain the visualize merchandise standard as accordance in MujiGram.</li>
<li>To ensure the progress of qualifying standards, in term of customer service, healthy working environment and safety at the work place are met.</li>
<li>Assist to receive Household stocks and assembly of furniture when require.</li>

Cashier Handling &amp; Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Effective and efficient cashiering handling procedure.</li>
<li>To handle customer queries, feedback &amp; complaints.</li>
<li>To promote after sales service, follow up call &amp; email.</li>
<li>To anticipate customer needs, handle customer enquiries, and solve problems</li>

Training &amp; Teamwork
<ul>
<li>To co-ordinate training in selling skills &amp; products knowledge </li>
<li>To demonstrate positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication </li>
<li>To prepare weekly sales report and monthly action plan </li>
