Job Description

- Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from design to commissioning. 

- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance. 

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. 

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions when needed. 

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with *NEC/IEC/IEEE/BS standards* and safety regulations. 

- Prepare technical reports, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. 

- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site teams, ensuring best practices. 

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose cost-effective solutions. 

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in electrical construction projects (power distribution, substations, LV/MV systems, etc.). 

- Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and etc.

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure

- Strong understanding of electrical design, load calculations, cable sizing, protection systems.
