<li>Identifying all outstanding work to be carried out timely to meet the timeline stipulated in the Contracts.</li>
<li>Identifying potential problems and delay at site and report regularly to superiors on the progress of works.</li>
<li>Filing of all relevant forms, documents, reports, correspondence and records in accordance with ISO requirement.</li>
<li>To verify subcontractor, claim progress and prepare progress claim for submission to client/consultant according to site monthly progress.</li>
<li>Attend and coordinate all M&amp;E matters with various Consultants, Contractors and relevant Authorities.</li>
<li>Review and ensure M&amp;E layout design in terms of functionality, build ability, maintainability, cost efficiency, and sustainability aspects are complied with.</li>
<li>Liaise and coordinate with Consultants for M&amp;E submissions and approvals.</li>
