Job Description

- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. 

- Apply *value engineering* principles to optimize project designs, materials, and processes, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. 

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to identify opportunities for value improvement. 

- Develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies and contingency plans. 

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery. 

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. 

- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including value engineering recommendations, to stakeholders. 

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 

- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.  

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering construction industry. 

- Proven expertise in *value engineering*, with a track record of delivering cost-effective and efficient project solutions. 

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC). 

- Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and etc.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. 

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
