Job Description

• Handle the regional distribution sales
• Setup each country sales strategy, forecast and define the marketing budget
• Review each country retail pricing and channel margin 
• Setup the Distribution Network includes looking for distributors, confirm distributor, review and negotiate agreement
• Review the distributor performance monthly, quarterly, collect feedback and revise sales strategy
• Constantly work with retailers and distributors to achieve sales target
• Setup promotion or campaign to assist sell-through and not just sell in
• Allocate marketing budget wisely to assist the retailer to increase the sales 
• You may need to travel frequently to different countries to meet customer

• Work with the online marketing team and eCommerce team to avoid channel conflict or promotion conflict
• Clearly define the country's marketing strategy for different regions. (PR strategy, channel display strategy, online to offline strategy, roadshow promo strategy or others)
• Plan for the marketing or event calendar 
• Provide a plan to the marketing team to work on the Product marketing budget for review
• You may engage an external party to cover different region marketing base on the sales forecast and marketing budget

• Constantly feedback market information to the product and R&D team to improve the product 
• Involve in the brainstorming section with product team quarterly to confirm the product features 
• Confirm the product roadmap and forecast with the product team 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Candidate required to travel to different countries to meet customer every quarter to provide training and customer visits
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Sales in Distribution, Brand Management of Consumer Electronics, Kids product or equivalent.
