Job Description

  • Assist Operation Manager to manage project’s schedules, cost and risk, to ensure prompt and on-time project delivery.
  • Assist the Sales Manager to track and monitor sales activities by ensuring effectiveness of sales coordination activities.
  • Prepare, coordinate and track for all project activities for Operation Department using Project Management software – ClickUp, Notion, MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Prepare, coordinate and track all sales activities for the Sales Department using CRM software – Hubspot, BIGIN, Zoho CRM, MS Excel
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Operation Manager and Sales Manager by preparing related project and sales reports as required.
  • Prepare, coordinate and track all company’s documentation (Project Task Assignment, Work Completion Report, Score Card, KPI, Customer Satisfaction Survey and etc) to ensure it is comply with ISO 9001-2015.
