Job Description

Perform daily processing and settlement of securities transactions in accordance with established operational procedures and timelines.

Prepare, verify, and maintain settlement instructions, confirmations, and related documentation.

Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing parties, and internal teams to investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies or breaks.

Respond to settlement-related enquiries from broker clients in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate operational records and support daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliation activities.

Support operational workflows, system usage, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Perform other operational duties as assigned.
