Job Description

  • Perform daily processing and settlement of securities transactions in accordance with established operational procedures and timelines.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain settlement instructions, confirmations, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing parties, and internal teams to investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies or breaks.
  • Respond to settlement-related enquiries from broker clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and support daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reconciliation activities.
  • Support operational workflows, system usage, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.
