Job Description

  • Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as account receivable and payments verification.
  • Provide support on daily accounting tasks.
  • To key in accounts related transactions into accounting report
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • To handle correspondence customers & suppliers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
  • To handle administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
  2. At least 1-year experience in similar industry i.e., Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.
  3. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  4. Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Candidate that has experience in using accounting software such as AutoCount are preferred.
