Job Description

•  To maintain and develop trust-based business partnerships with potential and existing business partners (affiliates, publishers, media buyers etc). 
• To identify opportunities and expand partnerships with existing and new business partners. 
• To promote company products to local and global market Cost Per Action (CPA) campaigns through affiliate marketing. 
• To oversee CPA advertising campaigns, spending, sales numbers of the countries assigned. 
• To manage marketing spending, and ensure the investment is within targeted e-CPA goals, which are in line with healthy Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and achieve Return on Investment (ROI). 
• To provide 24/7 online support on time for any issue occurring. 
• To provide campaign analysis inputs to business partners, and the company for performance development, optimization, and improvements. 
• To analyse data reports, and monitor performance of traffic trends, campaigns conversion rate, affiliates performance trends, optimization etc. 
• To take proactive action in solving the campaign inquiries and daily issues. 
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned. 

Job Requirements

•  Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and Marketing or its equivalent. 
• Result oriented and sales growth mindset.  
• Highly proactive and able to work under pressure. 
• Good in data enhancement and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Able to work in a fast paced and highly flexible environment in a challenging and dynamic work environment. 
• A good team player who can work with the teams and independently. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application, especially in Excel skills. 
• Required language(s): Mandarin (as you are required to deal with China Affiliates) and English.
