Do you love football and want to build something millions of fans can enjoy? We’re creating a brand-new Fantasy Football game, and we’re looking for a Backend Engineer / Developer to join our small, passionate team in-office. This is a chance to work closely with people who care about product, code quality, and of course, the game itself.

Your work will directly shape how fans play, compete, and experience football in real time. What you’ll be doing Powering the game with a fast and reliable Postgres database (JSONB, indexes, query plans).

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer @ Full stack engineer to join our growing tech team!

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
   
• Build and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) for performance and scalability.
   
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
   
• Implement real-time communication features with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
   
• Work with microservices architecture to build scalable systems.
   
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
   
• Ensure top-notch security and compliance for all financial operations.

Job Requirements

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development (Node.js / TypeScript).
   
• Strong understanding of databases, API design, and system architecture.
   
• Experience in cloud deployment, scaling, and infrastructure automation.
   
• Familiar with secure coding practices, fraud prevention, and data protection.
   
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Fully On Site, ensuring maximimum exposure on your development skills

• Have worked in fintech or payment systems.
   
• Are comfortable with serverless and edge computing setups.
   
• Know your way around CI/CD automation and monitoring tools.
