About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing technical solutions that meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement corporate sales strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage customer collections in accordance with the Company's credit policies.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Perform any other duties or special assignments assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline), Business, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
