Accounts cum Admin Clerk


Job Requirements

  

You are to handle all the below matters including but not limited to: -

  1. To assist the Head of dept on the routine accounting works (which covers for preparing invoice, official receipt, prepare payments to suppliers and etc).
  2. Ad hoc registering the incoming new case (encompasses the printing of all the required documents for all the respective departments);
  3. Attending queries by the respective staff during the absence of the head of dept;
  4. To monitor and trace the day-to-day usage of all the require stationeries (pen, pencil, printing paper etc.). Upon required to replenish the stock accordingly;

Assisting on recording of all incoming and outgoing mails as well as working with despatch boys on the outgoing and incoming activities
