Job Description

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain daily sales orders; payments, customer data, and stock movement records into the system with zero errors while ensuring all digital and physical files are organized.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare official letters, contracts, and internal memos such as Letters of Appointment or mutual agreements.
  • Order Processing & Coordination: Act as the bridge between sales and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and scheduled for delivery promptly.
  • Customer Database Management: Keep the client contact list and pricing database updated and strictly confidential.

Job Requirements

  • Core Competency: Exceptional speed and accuracy in Data Entry; you must take pride in maintaining organized and clean records.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and filing to prevent errors in staff records or statutory filings.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and have a basic understanding of or willingness to learn Autocount software.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-level administrative support to a demanding sales department.
  • Integrity & Trust: Must be highly disciplined with sensitive sales data and follow strict non-disclosure protocols.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with customers and internal sales executives.
  • Team Mindset: Ability to foster a collaborative environment
