Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Group Multimedia Designer to act as the visual engine across our expanding portfolio of companies. Operating as a shared creative resource, you will design and produce high-impact assets for a diverse range of brands—from the B2C consumer goods of Nibou to the B2B agency operations of Panjang Kee. You will seamlessly transition between editing high-energy social media reels for domestic retail campaigns and architecting premium corporate pitch decks for international trade exhibitions.

Visual Content Creation

• Create polished static graphics for product listings, banners, social posts, and printed materials with brand consistency.
• Produce layout-ready images and packaging mockups suitable for e-commerce platforms and catalogs.
• Prepare print-ready files and follow basic prepress checks to ensure correct color and resolution.

Motion & Video Production

• Edit short product videos and clips for social channels, including trimming, color correction, and sound leveling.
• Design simple motion graphics, captions, and animated thumbnails that increase engagement.
• Export content in platform-appropriate formats and maintain naming conventions for easy publishing.

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Work with marketing and sales to gather creative briefs, feedback, and approvals in a timely way.
• Maintain an organized asset library with clear version control and metadata for easy reuse.
• Support basic photoshoots and do minor retouching and background removal for product images.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
• 0 years professional experience is acceptable; recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Portfolio must include examples of static graphics and at least one video or motion piece.
• Willingness to attend occasional on-site shoots or supplier visits as needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for image and layout work.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics.
• Basic understanding of video codecs, export settings, and social platform requirements.
• Familiarity with photography basics, lighting, and simple retouching workflows.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly and take feedback constructively to refine designs quickly.
• Manage time well across multiple small projects and meet regular publishing deadlines.
• Show attention to detail in design, naming, and file delivery to reduce rework.
• Be collaborative and open to working closely with non-design colleagues to meet business needs.
