Major Focus: Event Management &amp; Brand Activation
On-Ground Execution: Lead the setup and management of roadshows, exhibitions, and brand activations to support the sales team.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors and mall managements to ensure smooth event logistics and planogram compliance for temporary displays.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of Nibou at events, engaging with customers to drive brand awareness for products like Nata De Coco and our hydration jelly.

Minor Focus: E-commerce Operations &amp; Strategy
Platform management: Maintain product listing, follow up on all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to ensure no orders are missed.
Strategy execution: Plan &amp; execute platform campaigns and promotion&nbsp;
Customer service: Ensure timely dispatch and follow up on customer reviews to maintain high shop ratings.
