Job Description

  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels through detailed reporting, efficient storage planning, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Production & Quality Assurance: Optimize daily production processes for raw and perishable items. Ensure the team upholds the highest standards of food hygiene, packaging integrity, and product quality from start to finish.
  • Logistics & Order Fulfillment: Oversee the daily packing and distribution schedule, strictly managing timeframes to prevent bottlenecks and ensure fresh, on-time deliveries to all customers.
  • Demand Planning & Customer Experience: Monitor sales trends to accurately forecast supply needs, ensuring product availability meets demand. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally to build brand trust and drive repeat business.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Schedule, train, and continuously upskill operations staff to ensure maximum efficiency, consistency, and service quality across the production floor.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role within the F&B, food manufacturing, or fresh produce industry.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management (FIFO/FEFO), and the handling of perishable goods with short shelf lives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and motivating production floor operators and delivery teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks (e.g., delivery delays, sudden surges in orders).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of enforcing strict SOPs and hygiene standards.
