About Us


We’re a growing interior design & renovation company based in Petaling Jaya, passionate about transforming spaces that inspire. With almost a year of steady operations and exciting projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for an Accountant to join our core team and bring structure to our finance operations.

Job Requirements

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks (AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation)
  • Track and record project expenses, petty cash, and claims
  • Assist in preparation of Quotation, Statements, Invoices and other related documents.
  • Assist with monthly closing and prepare basic financial reports 
  • Coordinate with the project team on payment schedules and collections
  • Ensure proper documentation for audit and tax purposes
  • Support the setup and migration to accounting software (Xero, SQL, etc.)
  • Financial planning, including:
    • Budget forecasting
    • Cash flow projections
    • Monitoring project profitability and company performance
    • Helping founder make informed financial decisions

 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounting 
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge in SQL/Xero is a bonus
  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of financial planning
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

 

What You’ll Get

  • RM 2,800 to RM 3,300 monthly salary (based on experience) with added performance incentive
  • RM 150 monthly parking allowance OR MRT & Bus
  • RM 500 medical allowance per year
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6pm)
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS + annual leave + performance incentive
  • Opportunities to grow into a senior finance role
