Job Overview
Nostaloft Sdn Bhd is a premium furniture and home furnishing company specialising in high-end quality furniture imported from Japan and Europe.
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving showroom sales within the furniture and home furnishing industry while delivering a premium shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing products
- Provide product information, quotations, and sales support to customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Ensure showroom displays are well-organised and presentable
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery arrangements
- Handle customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily showroom operations
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in furniture, home furnishing, interior, or retail industry is highly preferred
- Candidates must be patient, customer-oriented, and able to serve customers professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, responsible, and sales-driven
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage
