<li>Commission, incentive &amp; subsidy for overtime and meeting monthly targets.</li>

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct live streaming sessions showcasing cosmetic products on TikTok platforms.</li>
<li>Drive sales performance and enhance viewer engagement throughout each live streaming session.</li>
<li>Interact with the audience in real-time by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback, while fostering engagement and building a brand community.</li>
<li>Participate in the creation and production of product-related content, including product videos and daily short-form videos.</li>
<li>Manage the technical aspects of live streaming activities, including setup, equipment operation and software management.</li>
<li>Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned by Management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
