We’re expanding and looking for a proactive, driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base and be part of our exciting journey in reshaping the retail loyalty landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Identify and approach potential clients in the F&amp;B, retail, and service industries.</li>
<li>Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and product demos tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online leads.</li>
<li>Understand client pain points and propose suitable CRM and rewards solutions using Ocard’s platform.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and close deals effectively.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams for smooth client onboarding and retention.</li>
<li>Track and report on sales performance and market insights.</li>
